A.R.C.’s Space Net National AIA ‘City in Celebration’: 2,500 balloons 10 acres Volker Park 50-100'h; 4 days, programmed lights; sound; transducer - wired-trees by Lief Brush.  Final night: 12 dancers each with  2-3’sparklers twirled by BlackBallet Theater Dancers running/tumbling/dancing 300yds to Fountain/display of pyrotechnics & electronic/live music for audience of 2,000+  KCMO  1979.
